Engagement photography in Rome
What a beautiful wedding proposal planned to take place during an engagement photo session in Rome! Starting off at the Trevi fountain. A fascinating location to take wonderful couple photos. With candid white marble statues. Overlooking an azure blue water fountain. It was a little on the crowded side. But definitely worth it. We were also blessed by some really nice golden light shining through from the side.
Then we made way to the Spanish steps by car. Snapping some really nice portrait pictures while walking and sitting down on the steps that lead to Church Trinita’ dei Monti. Continuing on to the nearby Parco del Pincio. With its stunning view of the city of Rome from an above terrace. Including some nice couple walking shots. Soon after we drove to the Campidoglio square. Which has an incredible view over the ancient Roman Forum from above. As well as many other characteristic shooting locations.
Surprise Wedding Proposal
And when we reached the Roman Colosseum. It was time to ask the Big Question! Perfectly executed in front of the ancient Colosseum in the background. Welcomed by lots of joy and happiness! Shared with family which was waiting in around the environs. And where we continued to celebrate with a prosecco sparkling wine bottle! Among fun portrait pictures. And while the blue hour slowly descended on the Colosseum!
