Rome, with its rich history and stunning architecture, is the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable senior photoshoot. Recently, we embarked on a stylish Rome photoshoot through some of the Eternal City’s most iconic locations, capturing not only timeless senior pictures but also adding a touch of fashion with a series of modelling shots.

We began the day in the mid afternoon at the magnificent Trevi Fountain, where the light created a magical atmosphere. The sound of the fountain’s cascading waters and the grandeur of its baroque design set the stage for stunning portraits. The key of shooting here is trying to create a tranquil moment that feels personal with the the energy of a landmark. That isn’t always easy as the fountain is often very crowded. But it can be with a little bit of patience. Outfit changes were made seamless thanks to a convenient car service, ensuring each look matched the elegance of the surroundings.

From the Trevi Fountain, we made our way to the world-famous Spanish Steps. Posing confidently in a fresh outfit, the majesty of these historic steps became the perfect complement to the photos. The piazza below bustled with energy, adding a dynamic layer to the shoot. Rome is truly a photographer’s playground, offering endless spots to play with light, architecture, and the vibrant energy of the city.

The next stop was the Pincio Terrace Outlook, where panoramic views of Rome stretched out beneath us. The wide-open sky and cityscape served as a breathtaking backdrop, allowing for a mix of senior and fashion photography. Here, the senior’s wardrobe change—this time a chic, modern outfit—stood out against the classic beauty of the Roman skyline.

A hidden gem of the day was Via Margutta, a quaint street made famous by the classic movie Roman Holiday. Its quiet, artistic vibe added a touch of romance and history to the shoot. The cobblestone streets and ivy-covered walls created a picturesque setting, perfect for some editorial-style modelling shots that felt intimate and full of character.

Next, we moved to the heart of Vatican City at Saint Peter’s Square. The grandeur of St. Peter’s Basilica made for an awe-inspiring backdrop. Standing in the vast square, with the dome towering above, the senior’s photos captured a powerful sense of place.

Our journey continued to Piazza del Campidoglio, a square designed by Michelangelo, where the view over the Roman Forum and the city’s ancient rooftops was nothing short of spectacular. This location allowed us to capture images that blended history with modern style, the senior’s outfit in red standing out against the timeless ruins.
