Getting Married in the Eternal city

What a fantastic wedding day this came to be! Starting with the bride preparation at Hotel Santa Chiara in Rome located right behind the Roman Pantheon. Taking some nice portrait pictures of the beautiful bride surrounded by friends and family. Then hopping in the wedding car to reach Church Santa Rita a little way down in the Rome city center. A stunningly beautiful church inside located on the other side of the Trevi fountain.

But not before driving around a little bit to take some family pictures before taking the big step! When we arrived everything was ready for the entrance. With the ceremony being both intimate and heartfelt. After which the bride and groom were welcomed outside the church with the throwing of the traditional wedding rice!

After the ceremony the whole wedding party took a short walk around the building to reach Fontana di Trevi to take some truly unique bride and groom images. For the amazement of the many bystanders that crowded the square. The car was then waiting for us to take us to Giardino degli Aranci to continue with the wedding photography in Rome. A beautiful park which has an extraordinary view over the city. Finding the whole terrace all to ourselves. Taking also some nice portrait pictures at the entrance of the park by the beautiful marble water fountain. Then we drove to our last photo stop. The ancient Appia roadway before ending the session and heading to Orazio for the reception!
