Sunset proposal overlooking Piazza Navona
What a magnificent surprise wedding proposal set up overlooking the city of Rome. From one of Rome’s most beautiful private terrace location. Using a 17th century church as the perfect backdrop. Surrounded by the sweeping view of the roman skyline. A once in a lifetime location for a once in a lifetime proposal! Perfectly set up to take place during the golden hour. With soft warm light shining through. And the presence of a violinist which played romantic classical music echoing through the rooftops. Which welcomed the couple as they first stepped into the terrace. And soon after witnessing the beautiful privileged view. The big question was asked! Turning great surprise into a lot of joy and happiness! Capturing the moment in candid photography from a distance by a hidden photographer.
So after catching breath from the great surprise! We introduced ourselves and continued on taking some more engagement photos in around the terrace. Searching for the right pose and trying out different angle views. And different light effects. Hanging out on the terrace lounge chairs and sofa. Having the place all to ourselves. Celebrating with a fresh bottle of prosecco. While taking pictures of the beautiful engagement ring. Until the sun had set behind skyline!
