Taking Fun Model Editorial Pictures in Rome
On a beautiful summer day in some of Rome’s off the beaten track spots. Rome is full of so many wonderful locations to take pictures in. Which are not always the main attractions that are often over crowded. So we started this editorial fashion shoot going in the opposite direction! That is meeting in Piazza Navona and shooting at the Chiostro del Bramante. Which is a nearby cloister found just around the corner from Piazza Navona. Where we stared with some initial portraits to break the ice. Then we got lost in the roman alleyway cobblestone streets. Taking some pictures with nice ivy leaves and ancient doors which we used as backdrops to some really nice portrait shots. Both individual pictures as well as group shots.
Entering via dei Coronari with nice golden light shining through. Such a great place to be if you are looking for unique and creative photo ideas. Ultimately wondering towards the Tiber river and shooting on Ponte Umberto I with a unique view over Saint Peter’s dome in the far distance. This was an interesting moment as the photographer had to shoot from across the streets with cars passing by. Ending the photoshoot on the Castel Sant’Angelo bridge where we choose our favorite Angel statue and used it to create some really nice dynamic portraits!
