A unique Rome Honeymoon session

A stylish photo shoot

Starting from the splendid Hotel Royal in Rome. We set out for this honeymoon style session heading first for the nearby Spanish steps. Stopping by Via Gregoriana on our way there for a nice posed image underneath this peculiar door entrance embedded into a mouth statue. Before reaching Piazza di Spagna we also stopped by other interesting locations with nice lighting.

Piazza di Spagna and Trinita’ dei Monti

Truly captivating locations which inspired a series of photos taken from the top terrace and on the way down the steps to the Barcaccia fountain found at the very bottom. The fountain was just recently opened up after extensive restoration. After gathering some nice images here we hopped on a taxi and headed out to the Roman Forum and Colosseum.

The Forum and Colosseum

We where looking to shoot the most memorable photos here in these two last destinations. As these iconic landmarks in the background best represented the Rome atmosphere. First it was the sweeping view of ancient Rome with the arcs and the temples in the background. Then it was the Coliseum seen from above in all its splendor as it was also just recently cleaned up and restored.
