Asking the Big Question
At the Roman Colosseum
This stunning surprise proposal in Rome took place at the Roman Colosseum. On a terrace with a phenomenal view such an iconic monument in Rome! The moment took place very spontaneously as well as the photos taken by the proposal photographer. Which remained unseen and mingled in with the other bystanders. Then after the great surprise a lot of Joy and Happiness followed right after. After which, we made acquaintance with the photographer. And continued on with beautiful engagement photo shoot in around the environs. Especially on a nearby hill with a different view.
Piazza del Campidoglio
We decided to move over to the nearby Piazza del Campidoglio which has a truly remarkable view over the Roman Forum and the ancient city of Rome! So we hopped on a taxi and made our way there. Finding so many wonderful couple photo shoot opportunities. Starting with the incredible view over the city of Rome on one side and over the ancient roman ruins on the other of the terrace. Shooting them both from different angles. Including shots with the Vittoriano monument in backdrop. And some more artistic silhouette shots. Including ancient roman statues and wide scenic staircases. Marble columns, roman arches and porticos. Including some wonderful pictures of the beautiful engagement ring!
