Pier proposal with the beach in the background. This is only possible at 8:00 am or after 6:00 pm as any time in between there will be lots of crowds taking the ferries

Pier proposal with a Saracen tower in the background. The spot is on the pier in marina grande. This works well for most timeframes

Villa Rufolo in Ravello : €250
Villa Rufolo is a historic villa and museum in Ravello. It is a great place for a proposal offering beautiful views over the Amalfi coast. It also a great place of Engagement photos afterwards. Please see sample photos here. Proprietary fees are due to the venue to professionally shoot there in a non exclusive way. They are included in the price and we can them on your behalf before you arrive so as to not give away the surprise at the ticket office
Villa Cimbrone in Ravello (venue fees not included)
Villa Cimbrone is a historic villa in Ravello. It is the site of the Terrace of Infinity. A great place for a proposal and for engagement pictures offering stunning views over the Amalfi coast. Please see sample photos here. Proprietary fees are due to the venue to professionally shoot there and they amount to 1800€ to be paid separately directly to the venue
Gardens of Augustus : €50
A stunning botanical garden offering panoramic views of the Faraglioni rocks and Via Krupp, a historic winding path carved into the cliffs. A perfect location to drop the big question and to take engagement photos afterwards. Please see sample photos here
Lo Scoglio delle Sirene
Excellent spot in Marina Piccola for a proposal because of the nice sourrings and the beautiful sea background. The area is in the water so you will get your knee wet. Best also to take off your shoes to reach it! Here is a sample shoot for more details

Please note that there may be up to 1 hr car distance between towns. And a ferry ride to reach the island of Capri.
If you choose multiple towns, you will have to procure your own means of transportation.
Transfers costs are not included the photo shoot price. Transfer time is included in the photo shoot time.

PAYMENTS full payment is needed to confirm the session
payable by credit card via PayPal or Stripe. You will find payment buttons at
the bottom of this form.
RESCHEDULING is possible provided that the request is
sent to us by written email at least 1 week prior to the day of the photo
session. If this request entails any rescheduling or cancellation costs
made by us via 3rd party bookings such as trains, hotels, ferries or other 3rd
party bookings needed to carry out our service, these costs will be charged
extra in order to accommodate your rescheduling request.
RESCHEDULING due to RAIN In the event of rain the photo shoot can be
rescheduled to a mutually agreeable date/time. The rescheduling request for
rain must be communicated at least 2 days before the photo shoot starting time.
After this time, it is no longer possible to reschedule due to rain and the
client will forgo the payment needed to secure the photo session if the session
cannot be carried out. If the rescheduling request due to rain can be agreed,
it will be rescheduled as such. If it is not agreeable 80% of the payment will
be returned to the Client minus any cancellation costs
made by us via 3rd party bookings such as train, hotel, ferry reservations or
other 3rd party bookings needed to carry out our service
CANCELLATION Canceling any photo service is possible
with a 80% refund if requested by written email or by whatsapp within 3 days
from the date of booking. If the cancellation request arrives after the studio
has booked the photographer's travelling and/or overnight stay, if needed to
render the service, or for any other costs endured by the studio to carry out
service through 3rd party reservations, the 80% refund will be granted minus
these fees endured to provide our service.
If the cancellation request for surprise proposal
photography, which entails the exchange of planning emails or messages, arrives
after the planning service has been rendered, the refund will be granted as per
above minus 100 EURO.
Canceling any photo service after the
initial 3 days will entail losing 50% of the full payment and the cost for the
photographer's travelling and/or overnight stay and 3rd party reservations if
applicable. Refund is not available when a cancellation request is communicated
less than 3 days from the date of the photo session unless the cancellation is
made on the same day as the reservation. In this case 80% refund is possible.
STYLE The service is to be conducted by the photographer with professionalism and diligence, according to his own photographic style.
PRIVACY The client and the Photography studio share Non-Exclusive image rights. Allowing both parties a non restricted use of the images. The photography studio can use the images taken for promotion (portfolio, website use, blogs, brochures, photographic contests, etc.). Unless Exclusivity is selected from the post processing options.
DELIVERY The digital images taken during the service are delivered to the client no later than 2 months from the photography service date and after the final payment execution. Unless expedient delivery is selected.Photographer will have the option, and not the duty to keep digital image copies taken under this agreement.
DISPUTE Any dispute arising under or in any way related to this agreement shall be submitted to binding arbitration by the Court of Rome, Italy in accordance with the Italian commercial rules then in effect.For all not explicitly indicated in this agreement,the Italian Civil Code Law will be applied and specifically from Art. 2222 to 2238.
